If you are returning the product, please take a note that some small irregularities in pattern, weaving, color, design etc. signifies these are handcrafted products and therefore are truly unique in nature. Therefore we would appreciate if you can consider that before returning any product. In spite of this, if you still want to return, we have a very friendly return policy. Customer satisfaction is of at most importance to us.
1) Damage pieces can be exchanged within 7 days of shipment. (Courier Charges to be paid by the BUYER).
2) Returns are accepted in 15 Days of Shipment IF RETURNED IN WHOLE CATALOG, Single Pieces will not be entertained (Courier Charges to be paid by the BUYER).

c) Leggings NO RETURNS.
3) Products MUST NOT BE Cut or Changed or Used, OR ELSE THEY WONT BE APPLICABLE FOR CHANGE OR RETURN.
4) For International Shipments, Custom Duty / Import Duty If Charged, It has to be PAID by BUYER.
5) VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not in our control. They vary according to the rules of different countries and must be paid directly by the buyer.
VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process, but may be charged to you by your government.
6) Stitched Suits will NOT BE exchanged or returned for ANY ISSUES.
7) Incorrect Stitching is NOT OUR RESPONSIBILITY, we are NOT Responsible for ANY FAULTs in Stitching sizes or any issues.
8) Catalog Book / HARDCOPIES May or May NOT COME. (There is NOT any Assurance that books will be provided with the products).
9) If you order via TRANSPORT option, we DO NOT hold ANY LIABILITY of the Goods, It is ON Buyer's OWN LIABILITY.
Your Order will be CONFIRMED after we recieve Payment Acknowledgement, and Product availability status is checked after receiving your PAYMENT.
There are changes that EVEN AFTER you pay the product may NOT be available, we provide easy Refunds or Adjustments if the Case Occurs.
According to our Rvcreation return policy, we will not exchange any of products after received by customer. We offer best quality on what we have. Our Sales are not return after Seven (7) days of customer Received. All requests for return of product have to be placed within Seven (7) days from the date of delivery. No return requests will be processed after Seven (7) days from receipt of item(s). And you have to send this product it with your own expense.
You need to notify us first before returning any product. You may do this through the “Contact Us” page on our web site before returning any product. Returns made without notice SHALL NOT qualify for a refund.
In case of receipt of product in damaged condition or, with manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been received, kindly contact us at Rvcreation, within 24 hours of receipt of product.
We shall not refund the customs duties or taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods.
At any point of time, the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods.
In case of product return, we will issue a refund once we receive the product back at our office.

If the payment was made in credit card or debit card (or any form of net banking, Prepaid) then the amount is credited back to the same account from which the payment was made.
